There is no crisis on tourism in Kranevo.
The mayor of the village Kranevo, which is located just few kilometers away from Albena, determines this year’s tourist season for the village as very good, despite pessimistic forecasts from the beginning of the summer on the impact of the economic crisis in our country.
In Kranevo, there isn’t closed or disabled hotel, said Rumen Nikolov, broadcast a correspondent for radio Focus Varna. There is a slight decrease in the flow of tourists in comparison with last year but only around 10-15 %, he added.
Mainly the tourists in Kranevo are Russian and Ukrainians and at weekends Romainians dominate. According to Rumen Nikolov, Poles and Czechs also return. However, according to him, to return Western tourists, who 15 years ado preferred the comfort and peace of Kranevo resort, it should improve the infrastructure of the village.
